Kristin Spinney
After graduating from Colby-Sawyer College with an Early Childhood Education Degree, I earned my Master's Degree from Lesley University in Curriculum Instruction and Creative Arts and Learning. Since then, I obtained my STEM Certification from the National Institute for STEM Education.
This is my fifth year at the Bresnahan School and I am very excited to be teaching STEM. I have been teaching for 20 years and I am a true believer that students learn best when "doing". Hands-on project based learning is where students shine!
Working in the Strem STEM Lab is a dream job and being able to engage students in engineering, coding, science, literature, technology, and math is very rewarding. One goal of mine each year is to teach the students that failure is all a part of the process of learning.
